Corby Croft Interiors designs and builds handmade kitchens for clients across North Yorkshire who are looking for something far removed from standard, off-the-shelf solutions. Each kitchen is made to order and built specifically for the property it sits within. Nothing is standardised. Nothing is adapted from a pre-set system. Instead, every element is carefully designed and manufactured to suit the space, the architecture, and the way you live.
A true handmade kitchen is defined by how it is made, not just how it looks. We use traditional in-frame construction across all of our cabinetry, ensuring strength, precision, and longevity in every project.
Our kitchens are finished using hand-painted or lacquered techniques, applied individually to each piece of cabinetry. This allows for a depth of finish and level of control that simply isn’t achievable with mass production methods.
The result is a kitchen that feels settled within the home, solid, detailed, and built with intention.

Much of our work is carried out in period homes, converted properties, and countryside settings throughout North Yorkshire. These types of homes often require a more thoughtful approach to layout and detailing, where proportion and material choice are just as important as functionality.

We work with a carefully selected range of materials, including natural stone, engineered stone, and solid wood worktops. Each material is chosen as part of the wider design, not as an afterthought.
The way these materials interact with the cabinetry is central to the final result. In some projects, that means a more traditional, soft combination of finishes. In others, it may involve sharper contrasts or more contemporary detailing. Every decision is made in context.
